Returns are accepted for any reason for unopened and unused products only within 24hours. If you would like to return your products, please send us a note with your order number and reason for return. You'll be refunded upon receipt of your product. This return policy applies only if you bought your SWAFE Wellness International LLC. product through our website. If you bought your SWAFE Wellness International LLC. product at a retail store and would like to return or exchange it, please contact that store directly. SWAFE Wellness International LLC. will cover the shipping fees for the return of any item presenting a quality issue.
We invite you to try out our new range of Ionizers and enjoy the benefits. We want you to be totally happy with the products and service you receive from us. Please check the products on delivery and report any damaged items within 24 hours. We will not be responsible for replacing any product if damage is reported after this time. We will give you a full refund, minus a 25% return fee and processing fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as- new condition and in its original packing. “As-new condition” means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. There are no returns on merchandise purchased wholesale or through finance plans.
