The SWAFE - P9 has a LIFEtime warranty on both parts & labor

Warranties cover failures due to defects in materials and workmanship which occur during normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover damage which occurs in return shipment, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, improper insertion of consumables, set-up adjustments, maladjustment of consumer controls, improper operation. or maintenance, alteration, modification, power line surge, improper voltage supply, or service by anyone other than a LIFE Ionizer® authorized repair facility. SWAFE will repair or replace any malfunctioning ionizer for the specified time frames disclosed above. If you are out of your warranty period, then labor is billed at $60/hr. Average repair time is less than one hour and in some cases there is no charge. Minimum charge is $0 to a maximum of $199 per occurrence. Customer is responsible for shipping and shipping charges to and from Repair Center.

There are no express warranties except as listed above. From the date of purchase the warrantor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage; for damages arising out of the use of any unauthorized attachment; for damages resulting from the use of the product with a defective water faucet. All expressed and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period. The warranty is voided if parts used are not provided by SWAFE.
